Job summary

People Group is seeking a technically minded Mechanical Project Engineer to join our energy plant construction program. You will coordinate mechanical services during design development, procurement, modelling, installation and commissioning, reporting to the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer.

You will help ensure the project aligns with the brief, specifications and Building Safety Act, while maintaining quality, safety and schedule controls on site in the Greater Manchester area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of mechanical services during design development, procurement, modelling, installation and commissioning.
• Work under the direction of the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer to meet project briefs and specs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Building Safety Act throughout the project.
