Facilitate Search Ltd is assisting a leading Facilities & Construction business in the West Midlands with a Mechanical Project Manager role in Birmingham. You will oversee mechanical packages from inception to handover, coordinating across sites and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have Design & Build experience, strong contractor management, and a background in mechanical engineering, with SMSTS/CSCS credentials and a willingness to work across multiple sites.

Formación

• Experience delivering Design & Build mechanical projects.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and complex packages.
• Strong health & safety focus with contractor management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from inception to completion across Birmingham area.
• Coordinate M&E plant replacement, upgrades, fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Occasionally handle minor electrical and fabric works within packages.
