Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Capenhurst, Chester. The role involves inspecting and maintaining heating and air-conditioning plant, and ensuring compliance with L8 standards.

The successful candidate will be time-served with NVQ Level 2/3, experienced with pumps, motors, valves and cooling towers, and committed to safety and high-quality service on site.

Qualifications

• Experience of maintaining Pumps, Motors and Valves.
• Experience of operating Cooling Towers.
• Sound understanding of health & safety obligations in maintenance.
• Time served plumber to NVQ Level 2/3

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance on Heating & Air-conditioning plant.
• Maintain Evaporation Cooling Systems and Domestic water systems to L8 standard.
• Repair plant faults to keep systems in serviceable order at all times.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to site plant as required.
• Present a professional image and deliver excellent customer service on site.
