Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mechanical Operations Manager to lead multi-site MEP delivery on high-profile UK projects, with a mechanically biased PM remit.

You will oversee 5-6 projects, manage contracts, budgets and safety, develop client relationships, and drive profitability while maintaining company standards. A strong background in HVAC for high-rise environments and 10+ years contracting is essential. Generous package and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a contracting environment with 5 years in a management role.
• Strong ability to prioritise workload for efficient management processes.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly in high-rise sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and site operations across 5-6 projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with electrical operations manager to ensure project delivery.
• Deliver MEP installation services on new build sites (£1m–£20m).
• Work with commercial teams to maximise profitability.
• Ensure contracts meet timescales and budget.
• Maintain safety and implement practical safety measures.
• Manage finances of contracts and variations.
• Develop client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Uphold company quality and time standards.
