Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Nottingham (South), commutable from Loughborough, Melton Mowbray

Salary: £31-36K plus benefits

Hours: Mon-Fri, 39 hours, either shift or days

Are you a hands-on mechanical maintenance technician or fitter looking for a days role working with a large, stable manufacturing company?

The role is suitable for an experienced technician looking to move off shift work or a field service person seeking a static role. Candidates from a facilities background or ex-armed forces are also considered.

The position involves planned maintenance and breakdown cover on machinery and building fabric, working off an asset management system. Tasks are mainly mechanically biased, with some basic electrical work. Machinery includes CNC equipment, with service contracts covering more specialist maintenance.
