Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Leader (Mechanical) for a UK manufacturing site in Ellesmere Port. You will lead the maintenance team, manage contractors and CMMS records, and ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires delivering three annual shutdowns and driving reliability, with overtime during shutdowns. Competitive benefits and a strong safety culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced maintenance leader with a mechanical background.
• Proven ability to manage a team and contractors safely.
• Experience with CMMS, spares management and maintenance standards.
• COMAH site experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities at a UK site.
• Oversee planned, preventive and corrective maintenance to meet priorities safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage the maintenance team, contractors and CMMS records.
• Drive equipment reliability and cost savings with planning, reliability and procurement teams.
• Deliver three planned shutdowns per year and coordinate major works.
