Position Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor will provide front-line engineering support to their team of Craft Technicians, developing an effective partnership between Maintenance Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, and technical services.

The Maintenance team executes predictive, planned, and reactive maintenance across all manufacturing equipment within Speke Manufacturing areas.

This position’s main priority is to supervise craft technicians, supporting them in their activities while ensuring quality and safety are maintained and continuous improvements are considered.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

• Maintenance Engineering Supervision: Provide engineering support, advise and coach technicians, organize maintenance schedules, ensure safe and efficient completion, and manage performance.
• Production Support: Raise deviation investigations, investigate failures, and report key metrics.
• Safety and Environmental: Conduct toolbox talks, encourage safety reporting, escalate concerns.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with site functions to identify and implement equipment improvements.
• Capital Projects: Support project integration and provide input for commissioning and qualification.
• Develop Technical Knowledge: Maintain understanding of manufacturing equipment.

Minimum Qualification:

Engineering or technical degree or equivalent experience, with manufacturing background. EC&I qualification required for EC&I Supervisor role.

Additional Preferences:
