Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Nuneaton is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain production equipment, fault-find, and carry out planned maintenance to keep machinery reliable and efficient.

You will support continuous improvement, machinery upgrades and installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime. The role offers training, development and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical maintenance background with hands-on experience.
• Proven fault-finding and breakdown response in a production setting.
• Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics systems; welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment to minimise downtime.
• Perform fault finding, breakdown response and preventative maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Assist with installations and liaise with production teams to maximise performance.
