Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Nuneaton is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will maintain production equipment, perform fault finding, and respond to breakdowns to keep lines running.

You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, support continuous improvement projects and upgrades, and install equipment, working with production teams to maximise uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background and hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Engineering qualification required.
• Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and perform fault finding and breakdown response.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding producer looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reliably. You'll also support continuous improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and equipment installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime.
