Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Milton Keynes is seeking a mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant and building fabric, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and client expectations.

You will supervise contractors, manage service reports, and support the Engineering Supervisor to deliver high-quality contract performance.

Qualifications

• At least two years at a similar level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of current technical standards in relation to M&E plant and building services.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the site's M&E Plant and Equipment and Fabric Services.
• Use of CAFM systems to monitor service delivery and staff performance.
• Supervise Specialist Service Contractors and review service reports with Contract Manager.
• Assist with reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks to ensure service levels are met.
• Liaise with QHSE and Account Manager during audits and close out non-conformities.

Education

City & Guilds level 3 or equivalent in mechanical discipline
