Job summary
Marshalls plc in Sandy is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to keep production running by eliminating downtime and fault finding on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic controls. You will perform both planned and reactive maintenance on-site to support production targets.
You will work a 48-hour week with a days pattern, Monday to Thursday (10hr) and Friday (8hr). The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, plus ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Mechanical fitting and fault finding across complex equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults safely on electrical/electronic controls.
- Welding and fabrication skills advantageous.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and PPM schedules.
- Experience in medium to heavy industry and teams in a factory.
- Awareness of health and safety standards and risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Keep production running by eliminating downtime through fault finding and maintenance.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on-site across multiple systems.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control equipment to support output targets.
