CBW Staffing Solutions in Hampstead is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a healthcare environment on site in North London.

You will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance with the on-site team, monitor mechanical plant, pumps, boilers and M&E equipment, and ensure logbooks are kept up to date.

The role offers a salary up to £42,000, with overtime and opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Plumbing or Mechanical qualified - City & Guilds Level 2.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant and systems on site.
• Maintain pumps, motors, seals and bearings; carry out M&E/Fabric maintenance.
• Update and maintain logbooks; perform planned and reactive maintenance.
