Isaac Gracie in Fife is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve a wide range of manufacturing equipment while driving reliability, implementing preventative maintenance and supporting continuous improvement within the business.
This permanent, day-shift role (4 on / 4 off, 6:00am–6:00pm) offers an on-site position with the opportunity to influence maintenance strategy and plant performance within a growing Scottish manufacturing business.
Location: Fife
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Days (6:00am – 6:00pm) plus one week in four on-call

As part of this journey, they are strengthening their engineering function and are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in improving equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of a proactive maintenance culture.

Working as part of an expanding engineering team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of manufacturing and production equipment while contributing towards projects focused on reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Alongside planned and reactive maintenance, you'll play an active role in developing engineering standards, improving maintenance systems and supporting new equipment installation projects.
We're keen to speak with experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers from manufacturing, FMCG or other fast‑paced production environments.
