Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious Central London site in Marble Arch. You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance to ensure compliance and smooth operation of a landmark building.

You will maintain AHUs/FCUs, HVAC plant and associated services, perform water treatment tasks, and support both landlord and tenanted areas within a high-profile estate. A collaborative team environment offers strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background.
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building.
• Mechanical PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and associated plant.
• Maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and associated building services.
• Water treatment and statutory compliance tasks.
• Serving both landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate.
• Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team to deliver an exceptional service.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Marble Arch, Central London | Up to £47,000

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a prestigious role in the heart of Central London?

I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high-profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day-to-day operation of a landmark commercial building. This is a fantastic chance to work within a professional environment, supporting some of the UK's most prestigious blue-chip companies and financial institutions.

Hours

Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements

• Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Confident and professional manner - client-facing experience essential
