Michael Page is assisting a Wakefield-based client seeking a Mechanical Engineer to maintain and improve automated production equipment. The role covers planned maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown repairs within a busy production environment.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 engineering qualification, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess fault-finding experience across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

Please note, this is a shift based role.
Week 1 - Day shift 5:45am - 2pm
Week 2 - Night shift 9:45pm - 6am, and Sundays 6:30am to 1:30pm
Week 3 - Back shift 1:45pm to 10pm
Salary including shift allowance is £45k
22 days (pro rata) paid annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with length of service
