Job summary

Nicholas Clarke Associates Ltd in Telford is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide both reactive and planned preventative support within an industrial scale environment.

You will fault find and repair a variety of machinery, be involved in stripping down equipment and installing new machinery, and ensure compliance with H&S regulations while working with a team of engineers. There is strong overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Engineering experience (Mechanically Biased).
• Level 3+ in an engineering discipline.
• Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Industrial manufacturing or forces background (REME / Navy / RAF).

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a range of automated machinery.
• Mechanical fault finding and repair.
• Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery when required.
• Ensuring work is carried out in line with H&S legislation.
• Working alongside a cross‑sectional team of skilled engineers.
• Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.

Working within this industrial scale environment, you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative support within a team environment.
