Job summary

4Recruitment Services in Macclesfield is seeking an on-site maintenance coordinator to manage reactive tasks across sites, highlight improvements, and ensure consumables are stocked for both maintenance and reactive works.

You will complete CAFM paperwork, provide parts lists with timescales for remedial work, prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments, keep Planon up to date, close PPM and reactive tickets with accurate data, and report to the account management team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reactive tasks across sites are completed and highlight areas for improvement.
• Ensure consumables are available to carry out maintenance and reactive works; provide parts lists and timescales for remedial works.
• Complete CAFM paperwork regarding planned and reactive activities and pass to the contract administrator promptly.
• Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
• Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with contract KPIs/SLA’s.
• Keep CAFM system Planon up to date and close PPM and reactive tickets with accurate data.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by the account management team.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm

Pay: £21.02ph PAYE (£41k salary equivalent)

Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term/Temp to Perm for the right person

Duties

• Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
• Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding planned and reactive activities and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
• Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
• Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
• Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI’s/SLA’s.
• Ensure CAFM system, e.g. Planon , is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.
• To carry out any other task as directed by the account management team
