Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is hiring a Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance across a prestigious West End estate. You will be mobile across Piccadilly, St James's and Mayfair, leading a team of 8–12 engineers and delivering planned and reactive maintenance.

The role offers a £53,000 annual salary, Monday–Friday days, and opportunities for training and career progression. You will work on AHUs/FCUs, water temperature checks, and BMS monitoring on a portfolio of up to 25 buildings.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead engineer experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Multiskilled with strong fault-finding abilities.
• Copies of relevant trade certificates must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer for a cluster of up to 25 buildings, supporting a team of 8–12 engineers.

Senior Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Prestigious West End Estate - Mobile - Piccadilly, St James's & Mayfair, London - £53,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious estate portfolio in the West End, covering Piccadilly, St James's and Mayfair. The successful candidate will be the lead engineer, mobile across a cluster of up to 25 buildings and working with an established team of between 8 and 12 engineers. In return, the company is offering a permanent position at £53,000 on a Monday to Friday day pattern.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead engineer for a cluster of up to 25 buildings, supporting a team of 8 - 12 engineers
• Planned and reactive maintenance across the cluster
• Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning
• Water treatment temperature checks
• Monitoring the BMS
• Escorting subcontractors on site
• Keeping site log books up to date

Package

• £53,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Requirements

• Recognised electrical or mechanical trade qualification - Essential (Level 3)
• Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
• Senior or lead engineer experience in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled, with strong fault-finding skills
• Good communication skills and a client-facing manner
