Job summary

Randstad CPE is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious commercial office space in Central London. The role is based in a static office environment with Mon-Fri 8am-5pm hours and a £48,000 salary per year plus optional overtime.

Responsibilities include PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and building services, servicing pumps and motors, fault-finding and repairs, and ensuring H&S compliance on-site while coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in high end commercial maintenance.
• Must have 4+ years of relevant hands-on work.
• Strong awareness of building services and safety.

• PPM & reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building services.
• Maintaining and servicing pumps, motors, and mechanical plant.
• Fault-finding and repairs on site.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and liaise with contractors.
