Job summary

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role in Birmingham. You will maintain building services across the QEH contract estate, with a focus on planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.

Working hours are 8am-4pm or 11am-7pm, Monday to Friday. This temporary to permanent position offers PAYE pay at £22.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance of building services.
• Familiar with HTM standards.
• Ability to perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.

• Ensure records are maintained and compliance with standards.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. You will be working in Birmingham

Monday – Friday
Roles are either 8am-4pm or 11am-7pm
Temp – Perm Contract
Pay rate – £22.05ph paye

Job Purpose

To carry out maintenance across the entire QEH contract estate. Responsible for the delivery of mechanical engineering maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM). The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown/reactive maintenance activities on the estate are completed and records maintained.
