Full training and tools are provided, and the position offers permanent employment with ongoing training and clear progression routes. Starting pay is £14.49–£15.53 per hour, with overtime paid at 150% and a stable long-term career path.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; practical mechanical ability and the right attitude.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical fitting, assembly or production in a bespoke environment helps.

Responsibilities

• General mechanical build and fitting work.
• Assembling and fitting hydraulic systems, and some electrical systems.
• Installing components onto vehicles and specialist equipment.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and schematics.
