My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join an expanding team on a permanent basis in the Gateshead area.Package - * Salary is between £15.74 - £16.24 depending on experience* Day shift* Monday - Thursday* 07:30 - 17:15* Overtime available during weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays at an enhanced rate Duties - * Mechanical fitting using the direction of engineering drawings and technical specifications.* Work on precision parts, sub-assemblies and final assemblies* Carry out Final Test and Commissioning on Part Completed or Completed Systems* Working to set deadlines to achieve performance targets and Customer delivery commitments* Working in a compliant manner to ensure that products are built to the correct technical and quality specifications* Install, test and repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors and valves* Must have the ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply instructions correctly to achieve required product quality Experience - * Experience across a range of mechanical and hydraulic systems and components* Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in using a variety of engineering equipment with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply instructions correctly to achieve required product quality* Previous experience working with hydraulics Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
