Hose Fitter - Hull

CRP Group is currently working with a national hydraulic and hose specialist that has undergone rapid expansion across various locations in the UK. If you are an ambitious, experienced engineer looking to advance your career, this role may be ideal for you.

Role Overview

As a Mobile Sales & Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

1. Diagnosing damaged or burst hydraulic hoses on a wide variety of machinery and performing onsite repairs using a mobile workshop/van.
2. Liaising with customers at all levels to ensure successful outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
3. Introducing the full range of products to customers and developing accounts to increase business.

Candidate Requirements

No specific experience is required; the following backgrounds are suitable:

• Mechanical background
• Engineering or construction background
• Mobile technician background
• Tyre fitter background
• Plant fitter background
• Experience with power or hand tools, spanners, etc.
• Mechanical or engineering apprenticeship
• Vehicle maintenance/technician

Alternatively, candidates who have completed an engineering apprenticeship or similar qualification and are seeking a career in service engineering are encouraged to apply.

A general qualification in engineering is preferable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Requirements

• A full current UK driving licence is required.
