Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mechanical Estimator for an office near Sheffield. The role targets candidates with at least 2 years’ estimating experience, with the ability to review tender documents, take-off quantities from drawings and prepare tender submissions.

You will liaise with managers, engineers and clients, coordinate with purchasing and suppliers, and assist in tender adjudication and post-tender responses as part of a busy contracting team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years estimating experience.
• Experience estimating duties within a project management role is acceptable.

Job Description My client, a leading M&E Contractor, currently seeks an Mechanical Estimator for their office near Sheffield. The company undertakes a variety of projects throughout the UK including Commercial, Residential and Retail, Due to project wins and volume of work they are keen to add someone to the business as soon as possible. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years Estimating experience, they will also look at candidates who have undertook estimating duties while working in a project management role. You must be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the following:
