Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a permanent Mechanical Estimator to accurately estimate costs for mechanical systems across construction projects in Surrey. The role focuses on reviewing plans, performing take-offs, and preparing budgets for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection.

Responsibilities include evaluating bids, attending pre-bid meetings, and presenting to clients. A proven track record in construction estimating and familiarity with relevant software will support

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software advantageous.

Overview

A leading mechanical and electrical building services specialist is currently looking for a permanent Mechanical Estimator to accurately estimate the costs of mechanical systems across construction projects in Surrey.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £68,000 - £75,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
