Job summary

Pernod Ricard is hiring an Engineering Manager - Mechanical to lead major Capex projects across the UK&I region. You will manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring safe delivery within budgets and schedules, while upholding global engineering standards.

The role requires Chartered Mechanical Engineering credentials or equivalent senior experience, with strong stakeholder engagement and a track record in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in engineering and capital projects.
• Experience delivering strategic engineering plans and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to guide and coach multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Capex projects through engineering PMs and engineers to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead development of project briefs and resourcing for successful execution.
• Monitor Capex plans, costs, and cashphasing with stakeholders across UK&I.
• Provide technical leadership and maintain engineering standards across the discipline.
• Support team development and collaboration with global engineering partners.
