Pernod Ricard is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead major Capex projects within a global engineering team. You will manage a team including Project Managers, Senior Engineers and Project Engineers across the UK&I, ensuring budgets, timelines and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with chartered status or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Experience delivering capital projects with strong governance and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capex projects through a team of Engineering Project Managers and engineers.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget across UK&I.
• Develop and implement strategic engineering plans and standards.
• Coach and develop team members and foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering to implement global standards.
