A global leader in the property & real estate market, serving sectors including managing agents, healthcare, and critical engineering, seeks an experienced Mechanical Bias Engineering / Technical Services Manager for their financial services account. Based at their City of London HQ for a prominent North American trading organization, with offices across US, UK, & EMEA, this role involves managing HVAC and critical engineering services within a multi-skilled engineering team and FM support. The salary is circa £80-90,000, including a car allowance of £5,000 and a discretionary bonus up to 20%, healthcare, pension, etc.
Candidates must be fully qualified in mechanical engineering or air conditioning, preferably through a full apprenticeship in commercial building services. A minimum of 5+ years' experience as an engineering manager in critical environments such as Banking, Data Centres, or demanding corporate HQ is required.
Essential qualifications include core mechanical qualifications, HVAC AP status (Water, Lifts, Pressure Systems, High/Low Voltage), with additional desirable memberships like ILM, NEBOSH/IOSH.
