Job summary

INEOS Grangemouth invites applications for Mechanical Engineering Graduate 2027. Based in Grangemouth, you will join a team of experienced engineers and rotate through asset operations, gaining exposure to SHE, production and energy initiatives from day one.

The role supports your development toward IMechE Chartership, with a focus on technical growth, business understanding, and leadership potential in a global industry leader.

Qualifications

Minimum 2:1 Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Ambition and personal motivation.
Ability to work under pressure, with confidence.
A drive for action, initiative and delivery, a ‘can do’ attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
A valid UK driving licence or currently working towards achieving this.
Placement or Industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support asset operation across SHE, production, reliability and energy use initiatives.
Work within a team of experienced mechanical engineers from Day 1.
Develop technical ability, business awareness and pursue IMechE Chartership.
Contribute to short- and long-term asset strategy delivery.
