Job summary
Babcock International in Bristol offers a 5-year Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6). You will study towards a BEng at UWE while gaining hands-on engineering experience in our Workshop and Marine projects.

Qualifications
- GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English and Maths (or equivalent).
- 112 UCAS points with required subjects as listed.
- A Levels: Maths with at least one science/technology subject at C or higher.
- BTEC: Engineering field with Merit in core units.
- Access to HE Diploma with specified credits.
- IB: Higher Level Maths and Physics with related subject pass.
- Irish Highers: Maths + science pass requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support design, build and improvement of mechanical systems.
- Rotate through Marine business projects, contributing to lifecycle stages.
- Develop practical skills in workshop environment including milling and turning.
- Collaborate with engineers and mentors to meet safety and performance standards.
