Location: Bromsgrove

About the Role

Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience working with motors or gearboxes, seeking to join a global leader in automation that offers a clear path to a supervisory role within 6 months? This position provides excellent company benefits. You will be part of a team of three, conducting assessments, testing, and assembly of industrial gearboxes and motors. Responsibilities include fault finding, dismantling mechanical equipment, and completing service jobs. You will eventually oversee two Fitters.

The Role
