Your new company

You will be working for a higher education public sector organisation based in Greater Manchester.

Your new role

  • Perform PPM visits and reactive repairs on mechanical plant and equipment.
  • Conduct plant room checks and manage the CAFM system.
  • Carry out HVAC maintenance and demonstrate knowledge of BMS.
  • Utilise post-training experience in a team-oriented, multi-skilled maintenance role.
  • Apply technical knowledge and fault diagnostic skills on building services, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Work independently without direct supervision, organising tasks and collaborating with the team.
  • Maintain mechanical plant and equipment with a customer-service focus.

What you'll need to succeed

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing
  • Previous public sector experience (desirable)
  • Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
  • HVAC & AC knowledge/experience
