Air Conditioning Engineer Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Air Conditioning Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team on a static basis in Manchester. This role will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.

This role will be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Overtime and On call available.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Planned and preventative maintenance

Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment

Ensure that PPM and Reactive jobs are processed, and defects are diagnosed, and faults are repaired and testing.

Carrying out work safely and efficiently

Building relationships with customers on site

Air Handling Units

Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes.

Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment. Including F-Gas.

Control systems
