Within Alliance, we are a collaborative organization comprising eight partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) and our extended supply chain. We deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment program.

To strengthen our mechanical engineering capabilities and bring fresh ideas, we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team over the next year.
What will you be doing as our new Mechanical Engineer?
You will work within a multidisciplinary project team, providing mechanical engineering expertise to develop and deliver water TOTEX solutions.

Skills, experience, and behaviors required:
You should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have extensive practical mechanical design experience (ideally 8-10 years) in a similar environment. A proven track record in designing hydraulic and mechanical systems, understanding of modular build and construction processes, and knowledge of electrical control, instrumentation, and switchgear are essential. You should be capable of making informed decisions in complex situations and contributing to a collaborative, safety-conscious, and innovative team environment.
