Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC in Warrington is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to perform mechanical repairs, assembly and servicing on a range of industrial products including power tools and lifting equipment. You will prioritise repairs to keep operations moving and support the ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.

The role requires previous mechanical engineering experience, good computer skills (MS Office) and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical engineering experience is essential, ideally gained within the hire industry or other engineering field.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs, assembly and servicing on our range of industrial products such as power tools and lifting equipment.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance are prioritised effectively to support operations.
• Provide support to the business unit to deliver ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
