Job summary

A Mechanical Engineer is sought for a Facilities Management contract near Heathrow/Hounslow, covering mechanical plant maintenance on a commercial site. This role offers ongoing work with a weekly pay cycle and an immediate start.

You'll maintain AHUs, FCUs, pumps and related plant, perform fault-finding, support statutory testing, and keep accurate service records. NVQ qualification and FM or commercial maintenance experience preferred; F-Gas is desirable.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services required.
• Facilities management or commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• F-Gas qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps and related mechanical plant.
• Reactive repairs and fault-finding on mechanical systems.
• Supporting statutory compliance testing.
• Completing accurate service and maintenance records.
