Job summary

The role involves 12-hour shifts including days, nights and weekends, with a focus on fault finding, line efficiency, teamwork and effective handovers to the Team Leader. Prior experience in fabrication and welding is desirable.

• Engineering qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Health and safety checks, following company guidelines.
• Completion of daily and monthly PMs.
• React to break downs and faults.
• Problem solving and identifying faults.
• Work within a team, sharing knowledge, lead and assist mechanics when needed.
• Prioritise work to maximise output.
• Communicate with Team Leader and ensure clear handovers.
