Trevett Project Services is seeking a Mechanical Engineer based in Teddington to join a large team responsible for mechanical and plumbing maintenance at a major research facility. In this role you'll cover both planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, with a strong emphasis on client-facing communication.
You will work on assets including actuators, pressure sensors, heat exchangers, pumps, expansion vessels, extract fans, pressurisation units, and air handling units.

As a mechanical engineer, you will be working within a large team, covering all mechanical and plumbing maintenance on a large research facility, both PPM and reactive. Being client facing is a must.
You will be working on assets such as actuators, pressure sensors, heat exchangers, pumps, expansion vessels, extract fans, pressurisation units, air handling units and much more.
You will work Mon-Fri, either 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00 (depending on what you prefer), but 1 in every 7 weeks you must work 10:00 - 19:00. There is a 1 in 4 call out rota, which you receive a £5,000 for as a call out allowance.
Our client is ideally seeking someone from an FM background with a level 2, either in mechanical, plumbing or heating & ventilation.
