As the market picks up for summer, an energetic and sociable SME in Stockport with 22 people is looking for a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys getting involved in projects, meeting clients, and delivering designs they can be proud of.

This private property company specializes in the development and management of residential and mixed-use properties across the UK. With over 20 years of industry experience, the company is dedicated to creating exceptional living spaces that exceed expectations. Their comprehensive services include property acquisition, refurbishment, renovation, leasing commercial spaces, letting residential units, day-to-day property management, and selling both blocks and individual apartments. The team of highly skilled professionals utilizes the latest technologies and materials to deliver quality developments that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
