The Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll work within a supportive team environment, developing, integrating, and testing mission-critical systems at the forefront of technology.

You will be deployed directly to your role, using your experience and training to make a real difference for our customers.

1. Ensure procedures, codes, and standards are correctly identified and applied to engineering activities.
2. Provide technical interface with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Conduct technical investigations and analyses for problem assessment and design improvements.
4. Produce, review, and verify outputs including calculations, reports, specifications, and method statements.
5. Make engineering decisions within your responsibility and delegated authority.

This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). Longer onsite periods may be required.

Essential Experience

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams on various projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (HND/HNC) with relevant experience for senior roles.

Security Clearance

Must be a UK national able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance, and subsequently Security Check (SC).
