Aviva plc in Henham is seeking a Mechanical Electrical Trim Technician to join the Solus MET team. You will remove and assess vehicle damage, refit components, and ensure repairs meet high standards while supporting customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have MET accreditation, experience with mechanical and suspension repairs, and familiarity with AC recharge and glazing. Oxfordshire location may require travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs.
• ATA MET accreditation is required.
• Experience with light commercial vehicle repairs (LCV).
• Relevant mechanical and suspension qualifications needed.
• Ability to align and adjust steering geometry.
• Experience with glazing work.
• Air conditioning evacuation and recharge knowledge.
• Experience with plastic repairs.

Responsibilities

• The Role: Solus MET Technicians remove and assess damage, then refit components to Solus high standards, safeguarding customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with repair consultants and production teams to achieve best outcomes.
• Report to the site Production Lead and maintain quality workmanship.
