Overview: Do you live in or around Glasgow? Are you an experienced M&E Engineer? We are recruiting an M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team. Salary: £35,131 or £40,400 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, overtime, bonus, company vehicle, smartphone, tools, PPE, and more.
Responsibilities: You will travel to dedicated sites, performing PPM and reactive M&E maintenance, including tasks like emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work. You will work autonomously, delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs. Additional mechanical tasks may be required.
Qualifications: Essential: 18th edition, HVAC experience, full UK driver’s license, experience in an M&E role, strong communication and work ethic, health & safety awareness. Desirable: F-Gas, IOSH, plumbing, fabric skills, 2391 testing.
