Overview: Do you live in or around the Cardiff area? Are you an experienced M&E Engineer? If so, we may have a role suited to you. We are recruiting an M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Cardiff site.
Salary: Up to £36,129 per annum, depending on experience.
Benefits include: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, additional earnings through enhanced overtime rates, 4% bonus (subject to targets), smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE.
Responsibilities include supporting your dedicated site as our client’s first point of contact for PPM and reactive M&E and general building services maintenance, such as emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work. You will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work, working autonomously.
