Job Description:

Overview: Do you live in or around Cardiff? Are you an experienced M&E Engineer? We are recruiting an M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Cardiff site. Salary: Up to £36,129 per annum, depending on experience. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Additional earnings through overtime. 4% bonus, subject to targets. Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE provided.

Responsibilities: Supporting your own site as the first point of contact for PPM and reactive M&E maintenance. Tasks include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work. Responsible for planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs. Ability to carry out various mechanical tasks is desirable.

Qualifications: Essential: 18th edition or HVAC experience, on-the-job M&E experience, strong communication skills, health & safety awareness. Desirable: F-Gas, IOSH, plumbing, basic fabric skills, 2391 testing and inspection.
