Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Manager in Cheltenham to lead and develop the Mechanical Design team, ensuring concepts transition smoothly to manufactured products. You will plan workloads, drive process improvements, and set clear objectives with KPIs for the department.

The role requires a strong background in automotive or engineered systems, with hands-on CAD proficiency and a track record of delivering projects from concept through manufacture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing a Mechanical Design team.
• Experience delivering engineering projects from concept through manufacture.
• Strong understanding of 3D CAD and engineering design practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Experience working across engineering and manufacturing functions.
