You will plan workloads, set KPIs, and deliver projects from concept to manufacture while focusing on continuous improvement. The role offers £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Mechanical Design team.
• Experience delivering engineering projects from concept through manufacture.
• Strong understanding of 3D CAD and engineering design practices.

• Lead and support the Mechanical Design team

• Ensure designs are practical, accurate, safe, and suitable for manufacture

What We are looking for:

• Proven experience leading or managing a Mechanical Design team.
• Experience delivering engineering projects from concept through manufacture
• Strong understanding of 3D CAD and engineering design practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Experience working across engineering and manufacturing functions
