Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer (Hydraulics) in Rugby to join a clean-tech business focused on reducing carbon emissions. You will design machinery, work with hydraulics and structure components, and create CAD drawings and BOMs in line with ISO9001 quality standards.

You should have hands-on SolidWorks experience and a background in heavy industry or automotive sectors, with a track record of delivering robust mechanical designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical design of machinery in heavy/automotive industries.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD tooling.

Responsabilités

• Design mechanical systems, hydraulics and structural components.
• Produce CAD drawings, BOMs and schematics while supporting concept to detailed design.
