Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Property Services team in Warwickshire. You will work with M&E engineers and building surveyors to coordinate and deliver works through our supply chain, ensuring high standards and alignment with specifications across various sites.

You will be part of a professional Engineering Services team delivering a range of revenue and capital projects for clients both within and outside the Council,

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical Building Services Design.
• Strong project management track record.
• Contractor management on site experience.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team.
• Ability to produce works specifications to obtain quotation.
• Ability to manage workloads and deliver on time within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver works through our supply chain for our clients.
• Work across Warwickshire for a range of customers and buildings.
• Contribute to revenue and capital projects within the Engineering Services team.
