EXPEDITE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LIMITED in Plymouth is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading Building Services consultancy. You will contribute to delivering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You should have a relevant degree and 5+ years in Building Services, with strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit) and experience using NES, Amtech, Cymap, and MS Office. The role offers a competitive salary circa £35,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree and 5+ years in Building Services
• Proficient with AutoCAD, NES, Amtech, Revit, Cymap and MS Office
• Experience delivering projects in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects and provide technical support
• Monitor budgets for clients to ensure delivery to budget and timescales
• Liaise with clients and external designers
• Compile specifications, drawings and contract documents to required standards
• Provide building services design for buildings and infrastructure
• Identify scope changes and maintain cost control
