Job summary

Options Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Leeds for a full-time permanent role. You will join a building services consultancy and work across RIBA Stages 0–5, delivering coordinated mechanical designs within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/D in a relevant subject or equivalent.
• Proficient with relevant industry design software.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A strong team player who is also able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary design delivery.
• Prepare load calculations and apply for utility connections.
• Produce detailed mechanical design drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, other design teams and contractors.
• Attend client, design team and project meetings.
